Rebabbitting of Bearings
We are carrying out the Babbiting of Bearings by centrifugal process, which are used in marine engines, compressors, cement plants, DG sets and turbines. With our advanced and innovative facilities, we are supplying top quality white metal bearings & thrust pads. Centrifugal babbiting equipment and thyrister controller together provide accurate speed control for getting the most precision results.
To ensure perfection in the Babbiting of Bearings, we possess following facilities:
- Electrical furnaces for pre-heating & melting process
- Large Vertical boring machine that can operate on products of up to 30 tons and 4 meters in diameter
- Floor boring machine that can perform up to 13 meter in length
- Chemical and tensile testing facilities
- In-house machining facilities for controlling the tolerances within 30 microns
In addition, we are also undertaking quality checks and NDT like die penetrant tests and ultrasonic tests.
