Also, the crankshaft doesn't need to be dismantle as we take the repairing shop to client's site for doing the undertaken job. Further, for ensuring precise and perfect alignment, we are using special portable machines developed by us. With new generation equipment, we carry out the machining and polishing job work in one single setting.

For the in-situ crankshaft grinding of large diameters, bearing width and high stock removal from CR pin, we recommend that the grinding equipment must be placed on the fillet radius of the Pin. Here, the machine will do rotations around the Crank Pin at lower RPM, while the grinding is carried out by pneumatic grinder that operates with appropriate grinding stone.
