Line Boring Of Blocks
We undertake Insitu line boring of blocks of large engine, gear boxes and compressors.
We are offering following to the customers:
- Correction of main journal housing
- This is done by undertaking line boring & maintenance of alignments, with reference to the specifications of manufacturers
- Over sizing of damaged main journal housings
- In general, we recommend one or two main journal housings for oversizing by the manufacturers. Here, the need of special bearings is required.
- Metal stitching of the cracked areas
- Rebuilding of highly damaged main journal housing bores
- Correction of dowel pin holes, main journal caps, main journal cap bolt threads.
