Alternator Journal Repairing With the assistance of a team of engineers and technicians, we are undertaking repairing job works for the turbine and alternator journals. These job works are executed with the use of ultra modern equipment that are available with us. Also, we have developed in-house facilities for:
- Crack detection
- Hardness and surface finish test
- Rebabbitting and manufacturing of white metal bearings
In all the Turbine/ Alternator Journal Services, we maintain tolerance within 20 microns with respect to Taper and Ovality; to minimize vibrations. Also the surface finish is maintained within 0.30 microns in terms of RA value. We are using the best available equipment for executing repair job work of Turbine and Alternator journal up to diameter of 700 mm that can be easily increased to 1500 mm. Dia., as per customer's requirements.
